Every deck we build is tailored to your space, materials, and site conditions (size, shape, stairs, railings, lighting, demo, access, etc.). After an on-site consultation, we provide a detailed, fixed proposal—often with good/better/best options—so you can choose the right design and budget with confidence.
2) Do you handle permits, engineering, and inspections?
Yes. We manage the entire process—code-compliant footings, structural plans (as needed), municipal permits, and final inspections—so your deck is built right the first time and approved without headaches.
3) What materials do you recommend (wood vs. composite)?
We build in pressure-treated lumber, cedar, and premium composite/PVC boards.
